Beyond Wikipedia
It would be soooo easy to look for Wikis, to explore all the links, and the link after that, and the link after that.....pretty good way to get lost, actually. It's also a great way to collect information and make it available whenever needed, a great tool for children's librarians. It is a lot more effort than most people realize to create programs for children. We can lighten the load, so to speak, by sharing program plans.

Last stab at images
One more try for an image generator. I wasn't satisfied with my results earlier.
Here is my link: http://www.cmdr-fire.co.uk/haddock/html
If this works, one gets to see the great Captain Haddock with curses such as "Moth-eaten marmot!" or "Freshwater swabs!".
And for those of you who are wondering, Captain Haddock is not a pirate, but he is sea captain that appears in some European graphic novels for kids. We have a few of there here in CC. And what are they? Merely some of the best works ever for kids! The author's name is Herge. Check the catalog and check out one of these!

Well THAT'S disappointing!
I tried to make a cute picture with Image Chef which turned out to be a big nothing. Literally. A blank page. Better luck next time, this site is going down for maintenance.

Delicious
Pretty interesting way to take your bookmarked sites with you wherever there is access to the 'Net. One could create several lists, I suppose, for professional sites or other interests. That way, the various sites can be found easily without any futile searching fueled by faulty memory.

roll your own (ha, ha)
Cute title, "roll your own". Anyway, I worked on Rollyo but really don't plan to use it at work. Or, I could be mistaken, maybe it will come in handy. I can use it at home, but the "Favorites" option works just as well.
